Review

Review time! 
So finally bought this beauty for my elder Daughter from @whimsical.firefly 's Stall in #Indie19 @guildofcraft Exhibition, held on 4th of August at @royalrodale.official . 
I love the cover, so motivating, Such a nice, vibrant and wonderfully designed, just loved the aesthetic sense 😍😍.
Its a really versatile Diary containg Excellent quality papers inside, it has a perfect ring binder to avoid it getting damage at the spine.
 Also it comes in an amazing hard paperbag which would be a perfect  gift for your love ones.
My daughter loved it and really pleased with this little treasure. I would  highly recommended.

Special treats for Winters

INGREDIENTS
 • 250g suji/ chaki aata
 • 250g desi ghee/ clarified butter
 • 250g powdered Coconut Sugar / Pissa Gurr
 • 20g Makhana
 • 25g Char magaz and white Till
 • 5g Kamarkash
 • 1 tsp Sonth
 • 1 tspn Ajwain
 • 1 tspn bhuni pissi Saunf
 • 50g Gondh
 • 50 g Almond
 • 50g Cashew nut
 • 50g pistachios
 • 50g Raisins
 • 50g walnuts
 • 50g Coconut shredded
 • 50g Sliced Chuwara


COOKING DIRECTIONS:
1. Heat 1 tblspn ghee and fry gondh and Kamarkash one by one till it gets cooked. Grind it fine.
2. Fry makahanas, magaz, till, Coconut 🥥 and all dry fruits one by one in ghe. After frying Dry Fruits you can crush them in a food processor or sliced them too as per your wish.
3. Bhonofy suji/flour and ajwain in the rest of the ghee over medium heat till the color changes to golden brown and fragrant.
4. Now Add fried gondh, makhanas, crushed/sliced nuts, sonth and magaz.
5. Mix it well and keep it for cooling.
6. Once it gets cooled, add ground gurr or coconut 🥥  sugar.
7. Panjiri is ready to serve. Best for Nursing moms too.
